These include:</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>1. NO ACCESS: Any map showing CCED must indicate that lands in CCED are private property and public access to them is not allowed, unless specifically provided by the terms of an easement.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>2. TITLES: Maps of CCED easement data should whenever feasible avoid showing the easement holder (agency/organization) name, and the actual holding name – instead, the “level” field should be used (state, nonprofit, etc.), along with the generic holding title (“conservation easement”). CCED does not contain owner names, except as they might be indicated in holding titles provided by source agencies and organizations. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN><SPAN>3. CCED NOT OFFICIAL DATA: CCED should not be used to determine property boundaries or make official determinations, and the data is not a replacement for source agency data for the most up-to-date information. CCED is a general guide to the presence and location of conservation easements for planning and assessment purposes.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
