NO ACCESS: Any map showing CCED must indicate that lands in CCED are private property and public access to them is not allowed, unless specifically provided by the terms of an easement.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN><SPAN>2. TITLES: Maps of CCED easement data should whenever feasible avoid showing the easement holder (agency/organization) name, and the actual holding name \u2013 instead, the \u201clevel\u201d field should be used (state, nonprofit, etc.), along with the generic holding title (\u201cconservation easement\u201d). CCED does not contain owner names, except as they might be indicated in holding titles provided by source agencies and organizations. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN><SPAN>3.
